Leticia Ruvalcaba

Workers' compensation attorney

She represents injured workers only, never employers or insurers.

Leticia grew up in Pasco, in a family that worked the orchards and packing sheds. She saw up close what happens when someone gets hurt and doesn't know who to call: forms in a language they don't read, deadlines nobody explains, a check that never comes.

She opened her office on Court Street to make that call easy. She handles every case herself, start to finish, and answers in whichever language you're most comfortable in.

At the office

Eliseo answers the phone

Eliseo Serrato is the case manager. He speaks Spanish and English, and he's the one who calls or texts you back.

Eliseo worked in a Pasco warehouse for years before he joined the office, so he knows a ten-hour shift and a supervisor in a hurry. He keeps every case's calendar, chases the medical records and lets you know when anything changes. If you have a question on a Saturday morning, he's there.
