If you come to the Court Street office
Where do I park?
There's free parking in front of the building and on the street. The office is on the ground floor, with no stairs.
Which papers should I bring along?
Any letters from the insurer, your claim number if you have one, the names of your doctors and the dates you missed work. If you don't have them, come anyway.
Can I walk in?
On weekdays, yes, though with an appointment you won't wait. Saturdays are by appointment only.
