How it works
From the first call to the claim closing
A workers' comp case can run for months. Here's what it looks like with us, step by step, so you always know what's next.
- 01
Step 1: You call, text or send the form
Eliseo or Leticia asks what happened, where you work and what papers you have. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- 02
Step 2: We look at your claim
We read the insurer's letters and the medical reports, and tell you straight whether you need a lawyer or can handle it alone.
- 03
Step 3: We sign a written agreement
If we work together, the agreement says what we charge, which costs you might owe and how they're paid. You keep a copy.
- 04
Step 4: We take over the paperwork
We deal with the insurer, ask for your treatment, check your time-loss checks and file any protest or appeal you need.
- 05
Step 5: We text you at every turn
You hear from us when there's a decision, an exam or a deadline. Call or text any time you have a question.
- 06
Step 6: We close the claim with you
Before a claim closes or you take a settlement, we go over your treatment, your disability rating and what you'd receive, together.
What it costs
Fees and costs, in writing before you sign
The first review is free. If we take your case, our fee is a percentage of the benefits we recover for you, inside the limit the law sets. No fee unless we recover benefits.
Apart from the fee, a case can have costs: copies of medical records, doctors' reports or exams. We tell you which ones to expect and how they're paid before you sign, and no large cost is spent without asking you first.
Step one
The first step is a phone call
Or a text, or the form. Whichever is easier from where you are.
